"Return took a bit..."
The exchange process ended up taking longer than I expected. It did get sorted out eventually, but I was kind of waiting around wondering what was happening...

"I’ve been using it for a while..."
I’ve been using it for a while now, it’s still holding up good. It’s not sitting there looking brand new or anything, but it still looks decent enough, even after being tossed around a bit and ending up next to my keys on the counter most days. No major complaints from me.

"shipping was really quick"
i ordered from capecoast.co and was surprised by how fast everything showed up. it only took a few days, and the tracking updates were straightforward too. no problems at all, so i’m happy with the experience.

"Delivery was a hassle"
I ordered from capecoast.co and the delivery took way longer than they originally said. The tracking barely updated, so I ended up having to chase everything myself. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact available, just automated updates that didn’t really help. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but the whole shipping experience was annoying.

"Clean look and easy to browse"
I was feeling mentally drained when I checked out capecoast.co, so I really appreciated how simple and clean the site felt. The design is nice without being over the top, and it was easy to browse without having to think too much. I’d probably give it 5 stars if a few of the pages loaded a little faster for me.

"Pretty disappointed with the packaging"
I ordered from Capecoast for the first time, the packaging really let me down :/
The box felt super thin, the corners were already smashed in, and there was barely any padding inside. The item wasn’t completely broken, but it did have marks from sliding around during shipping.
For the price I paid, I expected it to be packed with way more care. Not the best first experience, and I probably won’t order from them again.

"Wording felt misleading and I didn’t feel safe ordering"
I was thinking about ordering from capecoast.co, but the more I looked around, the less comfortable I felt. Some of the wording on the site felt a bit misleading, like it was trying to sound more trustworthy than it actually came across. I couldn’t find enough clear info to feel okay putting in my details, so I ended up backing out before buying anything. Maybe other people had a better experience, but it felt too risky for me.

"Looked Better Online Than It Did in Real Life"
I was actually excited when I ordered this because it looked really nice online, and I figured the higher price meant it would feel a bit more premium. When it finally arrived, I opened it up expecting to be impressed, but i just kind of stood there thinking, “That’s it?” The quality wasn’t terrible, but it felt very average for what I paid. Nothing about it really made me feel like the price made sense. I kept trying to convince myself it was worth it, but the more I looked at it, the more disappointed I felt. For the money, I expected something better. I wouldn’t buy it again unless the price came way down.

"Soft and comfy, but I wish it held up better"
I got a hoodie from Cape Coast the material felt really nice at first. It was soft on my skin, not scratchy at all, and I was happy wearing it around the house or throwing it on for quick errands.
The only thing that bummed me out a bit is that it felt thinner than I expected, and after washing it, it didn’t feel quite as smooth anymore. It’s still wearable and cozy enough, but for the price, I was hoping to love it a little more.

"Helpful support overall"
I had a question about my order and support got back to me fairly quickly. They explained what was going on in a simple way, which I appreciated. It did take one extra message to get everything fully sorted, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I was happy with the help and would use them again.

"Wrong items showed up and no real follow-up"
I ordered two large hoodies, but what showed up was a small T-shirt and one hoodie in the wrong color. I contacted support and they asked me to send photos, which I did, but then I never heard anything back. Mistakes happen, but I feel like the company should actually take responsibility and fix the order instead of leaving customers hanging.

"Website were a bit frustrating"
The site were kinda hard to use. Pages took a while to load, and I kept getting turned around trying to find stuff. Checkout was confusing too, so overall it wasn’t the best experience.

"Not worth it"
So... I was disappointed with this. The material felt really cheap right away, and after just one wear the stitching was already starting to come loose. Definitely doesn’t feel worth the money

"Sizing was off for me"
The fit just didn’t work for me. It felt way tighter than I expected, and something about it was just not quite right.

"Colors felt spot on"
I ordered a print and, just going by my gut when I opened it, the colors looked really close to what I’d seen online. No faded weirdness or unexpected tones, which was the thing I was most nervous about. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.
